MAN Arrested For Alleged Assaults In Port GlasgowA MAN allegedly tried to attack police officers who were called to a disturbance in Port Glasgow.
The 31-year-old had allegedly assaulted two males at a property in Brightside Avenue, causing minor injury, at 5.30am on Sunday.
On being arrested, the suspect allegedly attempted to assault officers and had to be restrained.
He was held in custody to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court.
